technological equipment for basalt
continuous fiber production in Perm region

The first module of Technological line TE
BCF 2000 put into operation in June 2008.
Primary continuous fiber has diameters 9 -
15 microns.Performance measures installations BCF 2 of Technological line TE BCF 2000 for the production of BCF with 13 microns in diameter:
- Consumption of gas - 600 m3;
- Consumption of electricity - 400 kWt
NPO揤ULKAN� production after the release
process line at the project work will be 2000
tons/per year.Products:
roving, chopped strands, ribbons, cords, roving fabric (density 150 - 210 g/m2). NPO揤ULKAN� will accept proposals for the supply of products customers. NPO揤ULKAN�:
